Electronic ID Verification Consent

You will need to have your documents verified for AML/KYC reasons for us to:

  • Make a first-time payment to you

  • Establish a pension account

  • Update bank details if we have no prior valid identification

  • Update bank details or request any type of payment if your previous identity document has expired

We can verify your identification documents digitally using Chandler Verify.

To proceed, please submit a colour copy of your current photographic identification with this form and agree to the statements below.

When you opt for electronic verification, the details of the documents you provide will be submitted to the Australian government’s Document Verification Service (DVS). The DVS is a national online system that allows organisations to compare an individual’s identifying information with a government record. You can find information about their privacy policy on their website: http://www.dvs.gov.au

The Australian government’s DVS requires the ‘card number’ as a mandatory field to verify Australian drivers’ licences. The card number is a unique identifier for a driver’s licence in Australia.  If you are providing a driver’s licence as your form of identification, please submit both the front and back of your licence to ensure we can verify your identity.  If you would like to proceed with electronic verification please tick each of the consent boxes below.

If you prefer not to consent to digital verification, you can mail us an original certified copy of your photographic identification document. If you have any questions about this process please contact us on 1300 264 264.

If you would like to proceed with electronic verification please tick each of the consent boxes below:
